Cancellation Policy: Upfront payments for regular parties and "New Character Fees" are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, or if you would like to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All details must be finalized 14 days prior to your event and your final payment is due on the day of your event. Availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to reschedule due to extreme unforeseen circumstances.
