Alysa

Favourite Colour: Teal
Favourite Princess: Belle
Favourite Song: “I Can Go The Distance” from Hercules

Alysa always had a passion for the performing arts. Countless hours of footage on her parent's video camera can attest to the fact that her desire to perform started at a very young age.
Upon completing her high school education, she enrolled in a post-secondary Theatre Arts program at Sheridan College, and graduated with honours in 2005. She then switched gears and continued on to Queen’s University in Kingston, graduating in 2009 with an honours degree in Dramatic Arts and English Literature and Language, and a Bachelor of Education degree with teachables in Drama and English in 2010.
Once she graduated, she decided to pursue her dream of being a professional actor and became a full ACTRA member in 2015. Since then, she has starred in several feature films and made various television, and commercial appearances on major networks including Netflix, NBC, Super Channel, TMN, Discovery and CTV. She can also be found on stage regularly at the Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament as Queen Maria Isabella.
As much as she loves acting, her second passion has always been working with children, especially in the arts. For several years, she worked as a children's entertainer in Toronto, playing various Princesses, Fairies, and PopStars for countless children all over the GTA, until she decided to branch off and launch her own business endeavor, Inspiring Imaginations.
Her combined experience with children and live performance makes her the perfect addition to any event, and she would be thrilled to have the opportunity to bring a magical experience to your child's special occasion!
