Please note a $100 damage deposit is required at the time of pick up.

I understand that I must provide a $100 damage deposit upon the pick up of the rental costume, which will be returned to me when the costume is dropped off in it's original condition. If the rental is damaged by me in any way, my deposit will be forfeited to pay for the repair of the costume.
