How do I book?

When you are ready to book, CLICK HERE to fill out our "Online Booking Form". Once you submit the form, we will contact you to confirm your booking and give you instructions on how to submit your payment. Do you require anything upfront?

Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your requested date and time. This payment is non-refundable. In the event that you need to change the date or time of your party, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For mascot rentals we require a $100 damage deposit at the time of pick-up. This will be refunded upon the return of the undamaged costume. 

How do I pay?

Your deposit payment to reserve your preferred date and time can be paid by cash, cheque, e-transfer, or credit card. (Please note that for credit transactions, a 3% processing fee will apply). 
The rest of your final total will be due on the last business day before your event.

Do your performers accept gratuities?

Gratuities are not required, but if you think your performer did an exceptional job, please feel free to give whatever you feel is acceptable.

What is included in a "PRINCESS Party"?

On our "Pricing" pages, please click on the type of party you are interested in to see a full breakdown of the party itinerary. 

How much space do your performers need?

Enough space so that all of the party guests can sit and move around comfortably. Keep in mind that the performer will be encouraging everyone to dance and play games during the party. 

Do we need to provide anything for the performer?

If the party is indoors, our performer will require a chair to sit on. If the party is outdoors, our performers require an area that is not in direct sunlight and a chair or blanket to keep them off of the ground. 

How far do you travel? What is the Fee for parties outside of Halton?

We travel all over the GTA and beyond! If you do not see your location on the list, please inquire with us directly to determine your travel fee.

$10: Toronto (Etobicoke, York, North York, East York)
$15: Guelph (Rockwood), Hamilton, Vaughan, Ancaster, Stoney Creek

$35: Markham, Newmarket
$40: Aurora, Kitchener, Brantford, Whitchurch Stouffville, East Gwillimbury

How many guests can I invite? Do you charge for extra guests?

You can invite as many as you like. There are no extra fees for parties over 20 guests. However, our routines work best with parties under 20 guests. If you have over 20 guests, you may want to consider purchasing extra time with the performer.

Do you do corporate, Day Care, School, or charity events?

Yes! We do all kinds of "Meet & Greet" type events, and can customize an appearance to suit your special occasion. Please contact us for special corporate, day care, school, and charity rates. 

Do you do 30 minute Character parties?

Generally, we do not do 30 minute character parties because it takes our performers quite some time to get ready and get to the party. However, if your party happens to be close by and it is convenient, we may be able to squeeze in a visit. Please contact us for more details. 

can i rent one of your mascot Costumes for the day?

Yes. If you would like to rent one of our mascot costumes for the day, the rental fee is $75. A $100 damage deposit is required at the time of pick-up and will be returned once the costume is returned in it's original condition. What happens if my performer can't make it?

In the very rare event that your scheduled performer should fall ill and cannot make it to your party, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, or in the event of bad weather or any other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the appearance. In these extreme circumstances, we will work with you to find a mutually agreed upon solution.
